Biggest Loser: Australia trainer Michelle Bridges recently stopped by the show and we're giving you a sneak peek of her visit! She loves to help people find the inspiration to get fit and is sharing healthy recipes and exercise plans in her new book, Total Body Transformation. Beyond calories, this trainer says the secret to success is really from within. "I'm all about mindset," she says. "I'm really about unraveling all the road blocks that you have put in front of you to stop you from getting what you want!"
