As he preps his St. Paddy's Day hangover menu, chef Curtis Stone tells Rach about the inspiration behind Maude, his new 25-seat Beverly Hills restaurant. "Maude was my granny. I tell everybody, she's the first person that introduced me to good food," he says. "But the real reason I named my restaurant after her is, she was the most religious one in our family.
