Fulton is about 1-1.5 hours away, near Syracuse, east of us. Tell the owner of Side Door that his cousin Paul from Rochester told you and Chuck to visit and get some wine. I lived in Sydney when I was 18 on a school and sports exchange program. My host family were awesome. I went back in 2000 for the summer olympics and stayed there until the 2001 Goodwill Games were over. My host family's daughter ended up winning the gold medal in 2000 for beach volleyball. Where did you go while you were there?

What a GREAT experience for you! And it's amazing that you know an olympic gold medalist! That must have been extraordinary to live with such a wonderful family and then to watch the daughter achieve such a goal in life!

Sydney is absolutely one of my favorite cities ever! We loved it so much! We made it to Cairnes and Port Douglas (and in between)... all of it gorgeous! But I love Sydney the most. People ask me all the time if the flight is too horrible. I tell them it's SO worth it! And you got to live there! Awesome!!!

Even though I was sent home much sooner than I would have liked, I was blessed with an oportunity to gain some very special "keeper" friends! I know that God's purpose is greater than I can ever fathom and I'm excited to see all that will come out of this experience.... hopefully including some future opportunities with television!
