Well, it didn't work the first time, maybe it'll work this time.

HEY! It's Ben. I just wanted to put a post here for everyone who stops by.

Guys, Chuck is an AMAZING cook. You have no idea how intimidating it is to cook next to this guy in a challenge! He's a machine. *chuckle*

Chuck is brilliant in the kitchen, his technique is LIGHT YEARS ahead of mine, and his knowledge of cuisine and wine is overwhelmingly impressive. YOU ROCK!

It was so great meeting you, and I have NO DOUBT that we'll be making a big ole mess in a kitchen together before the New Year.

Are you having fun yet?

You are the CHEF among us, you know that right? We call can cook, but you are the CHEF! I want to get over to Seattle some and join in on the fun on Sundays.

I LOVE asparagus, especially grilled! And that sauce was YUMMY! Good enough to eat with a spoon.

Thanks for making the experience extra fun! I can't wait to meet your famly one day.

I saw that you're making scallops for dinner, have a great time, and eat one for me ok?
