Why are there so very few winners of giveaways from the state of Massachusetts, when other states have so many?

Luck ( or unluck ) of the draw. I'm sure there are other states with almost no winners. Alaska maybe?

I was very interested in the bra segment, being a 40D myself, am always looking for a comfortable fit. However, with regards to the backless bra, I was wondering if any of you other viewers out there might know the answer to this question: On the show that is called, I believe, "America Inventor", there was a single young mom who had designed this exact bra, who I believe had even made it to the finals witih her design, and Sarah who is the Spanx gal, was one of the judges. What happened to this young inventor and her design?? Did she sell this to Maidenform, or did her invention get ripped off??
