me too i won't mind try it and i like to try it on April my husband will be away for three weeks guard camp . so i can surprise him with it. if surprise him like that, i know he will be surprise.

It sounds too hard to believe. I'm a mom that had gastric bypass 6 years ago loosing 130 pounds. However, being that I had lower back and neck surgery in the last 3 years, I've gained 32 pounds which is really discouraging. Do you think this would be the dream I've been waiting for??? I'm looking for some help. Gigi

im going to try it as well i cant afford to buy the book how can i get more info about it. is good to know that you dont have to excercise on this diet. even though excercise is good for me
i try to ecercise at least 4 times a week.

Go to Flatbellydiet.com $31.95 and 7.99 for shipping. I found it other places but for some reason it's $45 and $60. I'm going to give it a try. I have been losing but, at a turtles pace since September a 1/2 pound a week. I know slower is better but, UGH!!!

Target's website says you can preorder it but it won't be out until September, that's too long to wait. I will be so happy if I lose my 'baby' tummy. My son is almost 4 and my tummy is still there. Can't wait and I hope this works!

Hello my fellow Buckeye. You can find it at Flatbellydiet.com for $31.95 and free shipping. I am going to order it this weekend. I will be attending the CMA Fest for the very first time and have so much I want to do. Hopefully my amature photography will tell my "first timer" story well. I am going to have to really be able to move while there! Plus I want to look good in pictures if I bump into any country music stars or any celebs for that matter!

If you go to www.flatbelly.com to order the book, be sure to read all the fine print before you agree to their terms. After they bill your credit card for the book and "free 3 month membership" to the online program,it says they will continue to bill your credit card--either monthly or quarterly--UNTIL you cancel...and in order to cancel, you have to log on to their site, click on your account, and THEN call a phone number that's listed there. This sounds like it's destined for problems.
