You go to on the show, then tips and stories, then there is a list with flat belly diet at the top...sorry I would have pasted the adress but my mouse isnt working

The book is not available for purchase till September 2008. Very disappointing It is available on EBay from $$30 to $45.....too much money. They should not have put these ladies on TV if we can't purchase the book. I was so excited about it.

Sadly, this is a very cruel hoax.

There is no special diet that targets only "belly fat."

Similarly there is no diet that can magically enlarge breasts or rid you of your butt shelf.

I AGREE THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE ON THE AIR IF NOT AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE UNTIL 9/08. I WAS READY TO BUY IT & TRY IT. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I GUESS WE CAN HOPE TO WIN ONE ON HER GIVE-A-WAYS.
