OMG,I have only one comment for that young mans snoring problem,THATS WHAT THEY MAKE EAR PLUGS FOR!,If his young lady loves him,she wont mind,my sweet little husband is the best husband any woman could want, but gosh does he snore!,soooooooo,I found some nice soft squissy ear plugs that work just fine, they dont cost much an i keep lots of them in my bedside table,My son son had a snoring problem an isnt married either, but his turned out to be a a real problem, apnea,an he is now 33 an has to wear a breathing mask at night an now gets a really good nice sleep,so if this young man doesnt have any real physical problems that make him snore, buy his young lady some ear plugs!

I have tried ear plugs and they worked for a little bit but they started hurting my ears. My uncle uses the breathing mask and my aunt said that he doesnt snore anymore, but my problem is getting my husband to go to the doctor to ask for the help and take the sleep test.
Keep smiling because it makes people wonder what your up to.

He should give it a try. My husband loves the mask (after a couple of tries to find the right type for him) and he won't sleep without it now. He doesn't snore anymore, sleeps well, and isn't tired at all during the day anymore.

Child hood snoring can be related to adnoids, glands that can be removed to correct the problem snoring. My grand daughter now 17 years had the problem as a small child just like Colby. Surgery fixed the problem leaving a small scar. I am sure it must be a more simple surgery now. Check it out Colby

Colby....you have to try a product called Snoreze. It is an all natural throat spray that I bought for my exhusbands snoring. It really works. You just use it when you go to bed and no more snoring. My ex's was as bad as yours. I always told him he was reshingling the house it was so bad. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

As soon as I had gotten my tonsils and adnoids out I stopped snoring. It was almost immediate. I was really bad.. I went from sleeping 12 to 13 hours to just 8. Big time difference!!

Your story caught my attention as I was at the gym this AM. Quite a while ago, I sent my husband to the doctor. He snored soooo loud (just like Colby, sorry Colby), he could wake me from the other side of the house, several times a night. After sleeping in separate rooms (didn't go over well) and several tests, we were shocked to find out that he not only acid reflux, but Barrett's esophagus. Barrett's esophagus is a change in the lining of the esophagus as a result of acid reflux from the stomach. It can lead to esophageal cancer. Snoring was his only symptom. So my suggestion to Colby - get to a doctor and find a reason and real solution for your snoring instead of putting a 'bandaid' on it.
