I thought it was kind of weird that the winner of the "burger contest" had mayo as part of the ingredients. 1/2 a cup!! That's a whole lot of mayo! Doesn't Rachael hate mayonnaise?

I've heard her say that she doesn't like mayo as well. She had kind of an odd look on her face when the mayo was going in. I actually thought about trying the recipe, minus the mayo! I'm okay with a little, but not quite that much. I'm sure it's all individual taste. Some probably will like it.
