acrylic gel medium

Kristin I've been trying to find this at craft stores etc. but can't find anything by this name, you used it with painters tape to paint stripes on walls to keep paint from running under the tape Please help.

This should be easily found in any art supply store, or in the artist painting section of any big craft chain.

Ive looked in larger craft stores by the acrylic gels but can't find one called acrylic gel medium. I don't know if its just a clear,opaque or white gel or what the medium stands for? Can you help!
