I was able to relate to Valerie in a big way and I feel like I have let my past mistakes and choices including people define me. Listening to Valerie talk has given me a chance to look at things differently. I am not a bad person I've just made some bad choices. Like she said I really regret the ones that have hurt others in my life the most. I wish I could read her book but unfortunatly I do not have the finances to allow me to purchase one but I did get a boost from the show. I just want to say thanks for sharing so openly with us.
