I agree with spice3. However, regardless of whether she is qualified or not she made no mention of exercise. I agree with the frequency of eating helping keep you metabolism up. But if you eat right and couple it with weight bearing exercise the pounds will come off and lot easier and quicker. Many diets are too restrictive and people fall off them left and right and end up gaining back even more weight. To lose weight effectively you must make a change of lifestyle. Something to remember for every pound of muscle you have requires 50 calories to maintain itself. Therefore if you gain six pound of muscle you wil burn 300 calories just sitting. A too fat restrcitive deit is not good either. You crave fat, and it is required to build cell membranes. Cell membrance are made of lipids which is fat. Just eat the good fats, fax seed oil, olive oil. You have all heard this before.
