Hello Christine!

Thank you so much for your great diet advice; it was great seeing the portions and hidden fats/calories. My daughter is 22 and would like to provide diet advice similar to what you are doing. She started studying nutrition science and now is in dietetics, which involves an internship. She was told she should be registered in order to give advice without being sued. Can you tell me more about becoming a certified sports nutritionist? Does it involve more than a 4 year degree? Does it involve an internship and or registration? Why did you decide to become a certified sports nutritionist?
