i used to make this dish often...but i did not include the milk...if my tomato/parsley/fennel mixture was too watery i would thicken it with a tad more Juice and cornstarch...to keep things Clear rather than the pukey/pinky stuff that Rachael"s recipe hands you...i just like the tomato/green contrast in then original sauce...mea culpa, y'all
