Ever since both of my children were old enough to eat real food, we tried something new each week. My daughter (almost 3) Tried Fried Calamari last week and loved it. My son (4) loves the Tilapia in a bag we tried recently. It's made with Sundried tomatoes, spinach, carrot sticks and salt free seasoning. Another food they tried recently was Hibachi chicken served with rice and onion soup, and a sesame ginger salad. Both of them loved it. And yes these two also love hamburgers and mac-n-cheese, needless to say they have a well rounded diet.
