Perhaps I am too old fashioned. The sight of Gretta opening the door for those two guys was like nails scratching on a blackboard. It went agsinst all the manners that I was ever taught.

I think it is just good manners to open the door for someone regardless of the gender. I open the door for my boyfriend. As he opens the door for me. I have 3 daughters and 1 son. I would certainly hope that they don't concern themselves with gender when it comes to good manners.

Agreed, RachRocks. It's just common courtesy to hold the door for someone, regardless of your gender or the gender of the person you're holding it for.

I believe it really depends on the situation.
If I remember correctly Colby held the door for Greta and Greta went underneath his arm....remember he is a Texan and they're really big on chivalry. Also as far as opening a door; it also depends on your age....the younger should open the door for elders.
Regardless, in this situation I believe that Greta opened the door and the other guy darted in...he could have taken the door from her like Colby did. It's all about the raisin` ladies. It's not wrong that a gal opens up a door to be nice and polite...it's just, well, personally, I still believe in chivalry; it melts my heart...my hubby still opens doors for me after 13 years of marriage.

I really enjoyed this segment! I work at Victoria's Secret and I see guys like this all the time. They're nervous, they don't know what to buy... I know how to help them, but I also learned something new from this segment. Now I can ask them how their wife dresses, whether it be more conservative, more sexy, or just in-between. I feel like I can guide them to the right lingerie now by finding this out! I didn't even notice Gretta opened the door for the men. Who cares, she was taking them there to help them anyway.
