swimsuit for my size

I am smaller at the top and larger on the bottom. I have a small bust but wider hips and thighs. I read that you say go up a size but if I go up a size the top will be to big and I don't feel comfortable with a 2 piece, after 2 children i have that little puch in the mid section that i don't want showing. WHat do I do please help?
