You can go to Wal-Mart or any place that sells baby bottles and you can buy a nubby nipple or cup that is the shape of a bottle. If you buy the nipple you can change it out for the baby bottle nipple and coverts the bottle to a suck cup. The nubby is the same texture as a bottle nipple. Once you get her used to that you can change to a suck cup and take the bottle with the suck cup nipple away. It may take a few times of changing the nipple, for her to only want that one. The bottle is no longer a bottle, it is now a big girl cup. She's happy and so are you, with as little stress as possible. Barnmom68
