I tried this recipe over the weekend and no way does it make 4 servings with seconds. Usually Rachael's recipes make quite a bit but not this one unless you double it. I figured I could get away with 5 servings with this one but after I made it and saw how little I had, I divided it up in Corell cereal bowls and only had 1/2 a bowl each. Not exactly 4 with seconds.
