Hi! I like to drink the 100% cranberry or mixed berry juices, and for a twist, I add a bit of seltzer. It's delicious and refreshing. Add lots of ice! :-)

You can freeze the juice into cubes so you drink doesnt get watered down also or semi freeze it for a slush.

I prefer CranGrape cold. Also I enjoy Fresh Orange Juice

Hi!! I'm with Valerie, not hip on soda's and especially Diet soda's. I remember I was pregnant with my 2nd son when Nutrasweet flooded the market('86). They said pregnant should not have it and I thought, well then no-one else should either! But I like the fizz of a soda. So my solution is Calistoga(brand) or Crystal Geyeser's sparkling water. They have no calorie's and very little sodium. Both have Lemon, Lime ,Orange and Berry flavors. (Orange and Berry are my fav) It's a great way to feel refreshed and get a fizzy fix!!
