my cholesterol is high and now type 2 diabetes with other neurological medical problems.
i have financial restraints, live alone/don't know how to cook healthy. i do exercise ; tire easy - then end up with whatever is easiest ie : frozen dinners,pizza,canned food etc.
not able to food shop often so need ideas of healthy food to keep on hand and will last awhile without going bad (salad, tomatoes don't last).
using oven/stovetop at same time is confusing for me ,so cooking either all in oven or all in stove is easier for me.
lunches usually yogurt with cereal or fruit or soup.
any ideas for lunch/dinner meals (with minimal steps) are easy to prepare ?
