Chicken breasts

About a month ago, (Apr 11- I think ?), Rachael gave tips for storing chicken breasts - prepounded and premarinated in zip top baggies so they would stack in the freezer. The idea was great and I was SURE I'd remember the 2 marinade recipes but...you know how that goes! Did anyone write them down? I'd love to have them.
