It's up to you guys!

It will be as real as you want it to be... The producers are monitoring the message boards to see how much interest and what kind of suggestions you viewers come up with... We are very interested in pursuing it, we just have to figure out what would be the most exciting venture for everyone involved! Let us hear from you!

How interesting! Would you really be up for meeting a total stranger? How far would the producers consider sending you? I'm in London, so maybe a Eurostar date with either an American viewer traveling with you; or finding someone from your worldwide viewers would be something the viewers would enjoy.

Paris in 2.5 hours, or a short flight to Italy for...the possibilities are there.

Either way, it would be fun, although the producers would have a hard time weeding out the crazies from the normal people! (I'm one of the normal ones by the way

How about Atlantic City with beach, boardwalk, and casinos since it is fairly close to New York? There's a lot of potential down there ... in my opinion ... I'm married to a southern gentleman and my husband has never been there ... It's a place I think he would enjoy and I promised to take him there when we get a few extra bucks someday (only a few hours away in greater NE Philly area, but want to make more than just a day trip out of it) ...

So I'm out of the running for a Colby date although he is handsome ... just giving an idea for the contest if it arises ...

Yes the contest sounds great. I'm sorry but I don't know if Colby lives in New York or in L.A. Either way I think Colby should decide where to take his date, I personally haven't dated in so long I don't remember what people do on a date.(No, I'm not married,just haven't dated in a few years). I live in CA so I'd do a romantic date on the beach.(depending on the time of year)If it were a New York date, a meal made by Rachael then maybe to the theater or something someone who has never been to New York would want to be shown, something off the usual touristy path. Keep me posted so I could enter to win.

This sounds like a fun idea! Colby, you are a good looking man and should be having fun with this. If this contest happens, will anybody from the whole country enter or is just going to be a certain area? ie-New York or LA. Let us all know.

This is the most amazing idea i have ever heard of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Colby I am your absolutley biggest fan; I have loved you ever since I saw on Survior. Survior Australia is my favorite season of surivor. This might sound strange but I cried when you were voted outof all stars. I watched your episode of 8 simple rules and that episdoe is one of my favorites and I saw redeye becuause i heard you were in it. For a huge survivor fan like me, and i mean huge, and for your biggest fan, a date with you would be a dream come true. I have so many questions and comments for you. You are just the best Colby.
It never bothered me if you snored but I am glad the surgery made you happpy

I'm up for this but doubt I'd be able to enter since most contests from U.S. shows are only for U.S. residents and I live in Canada. I think the details of the date should include a dinner, and the rest be up to Colby and the winner. As for the location I think that to can be up for grabs.

Now as to married women and moms being the only fan of Colby that's not true since I'm single myself and how been for many years. I've been a fan of his from Day 1 of Survivor (sad that he lost in both seasons) Let's hope this does end up being a true contest.

I think this is a great idea. We as viewers have really become to know you and you really are a great guy. My question to you Colby can you handle it. I imagine every female viewer would jump on this like a $100 plasma screen on black friday. = ) Hopefully it doesn't go to your head = )

OK... I have never watched the show before today but there is absolutely no reason for there to not be a Win a Date with Colby contest!!! Although I read the magazine I will for sure be watching the show from now on!

You are amazingly good looking and anyone would be lucky to win a date with you. Not that I am totally for the idea. I prefer the old fashion way of dating and by that I mean meeting someone you like and asking them out on a date rather than to compete for it. That also doesn't mean that I wouldn't compete if thats what it took.

Wow I'd love the oppurtunity to win a date with you =) I'm a huge fan of yours since survivor Austrailia I really was rooting for you to win.

I think a great date would be horseback riding and a picnic okay so I'm partial to horses since I own my own =) but any where would be great Look forward to hearing more info on the contest.
