Hi Gretta,
My name is Jamie and I have alot of white heads on my face. I was just wondering how to get rid of them?? My face is oily and also dry in some spots. I was just curious if there is an over the counter product that I can use to get rid of them and to help with the oil and dryness?? Please help!!

Hi Jamie,
A consistent regimen is definitely a great place to start!!! Cleansing twice a day and using a toner is critical, as it will eliminate excess oil which can lead to break outs. Gently exfoliating two times a week will also help remove any impurities and dead skin cells. Using a weekly mask that contains sulfur can help neutralize blemishes at the source!!! I am going to recommend one of my favorite product lines to you, as my skin can be similar in these summer months. Dr. Jeffrey Dover's, "Skin Effects" is amazzzzzing!! It's sold at CVS and definitely worth checking out! XO, Gretta

Is there a skin care product for pimples that helps and is cheap and you can buy it in a local store i live in rapid that you don't have to use a credit card i need your help proactive you have to use your credit card i really need a cheap easy product i've tried soap and washing it i just can't stop from braking out i get to date soon and i don't want so many spots can you help?

A great mild exfoliator is Philosophy daily expholiator.
About an inexpensive acne treatment. try natures cure or that clean and clear for acne. I am not sure how they work but that might be your best bet!
