It's best to use a standard mint. Those two are over powering.

When a recipe calls for mint, do I use spearmint or peppermint?

I use either the papermint or chocolatemint from my herb garden. Most of the time I use a mix of both - smells just like a pappermint patty. Great in tea too

I would also love to know what type of mint to use being that I'm where mojitos are popular. Both were on sale at my regular old grocery store but I didn't know which one to by so I got neither one....HELP!!!!!
