My husband and our three sons try as well as his sister's family go camping together at least once a year we have a few acres of our own near the beautiful town of Wellsboro Pennsylvania. We go to town once during the week we are there...that is our only connect with the world. There are no ipods, no immediate cell service available. We are very friendly with mother nature, going fishing, swimming in the crisp, cool mountain streams and creeks, and sometimes we go canoeing. We also play cards ie, Phase 10, as well as an old German card game called Geigle, we watch the deer and bear come into feed, we Pick a few flowers to decorate our little campsites, sit around the campfire telling stories, laughing, eating, drinking homemade wine, beer and juice and sodas for the kids! We have a wonderful time being "disconnected and unplugged".
