8.5 C Water, 1 tsp Grated Ginger, 1 med Cucumber (pealed & thinly sliced), 1 med Lemon (thinly Sliced), 12 small Spearmint Leaves. Combine everything and let stand overnight in frige. Strain. Drink all water throughout the next day.
I would like to know what else besides Sassy Water is included in the 4 day jump start to the flat stomach diet.
