i cant belive such a smart person as leah would allow her child to become like this...first of all did no one notice that she was being diapered at 3 1/2...you dont seem to be teaching her anything. She seems to get everything she wants and doesnt get told no. You have to retink what you are doing when it comes to your child. You are doing more damage than good and I cant believe you dont see that...I think its plain to see that this child is OVER INDULDGED...she is the child of celebrity parents...for god sake the father said the kid has 3 rooms...and does not sleep there - SHE chooses and the parents allow her to sleep in their bed....when my son was about a year old he cried each nite because he didn't want to be left alone in his crib to sleep. I spoke with the dr. and he told me to just let him cry..wait a few minutes, go check on him but let him know that he is not coming out of the crib as it is time for him to go to sleep...he said it would take about a week...It worked, by the end of the week my son said nite nite mommy as i left the room..yes you have to endure the crying..but you must realize you are doing it more for them than for you...or else she will think that everything in outside world is the same and its not...other people arent going to care when she stamps her feet to get her way except to tell her to stop the nonsense, She will be going to school soon and interacting with other children...do you really want her to be the spoiled brat of the bunch..I have read a few of the posts and many are sympathetic.. I am not..you need to do something now or as one other said you will have a Paris Hilton on your hands...just hope you can handle that..Good luck..gigi

Parents are like mirrors for their children. They look to us and model our behavior. I'm surprised more posts aren't mentioning that Leah seems as stubborn and spoiled as her daughter. The way she dismissed the Doctor's advice and spoke to her husband....well, there you have it.

I personally think Leah is a spoiled indivual herself. She is definately not a parent, probably should not of had a child. Who is the parent here. Throw away the bottles, diapers should have been gone long ago.Be a parent take a stand.Put her in her own bed, maybe a live in nanny would help to raise the child.
