Plus the fact that fresh foods and ingredients are more expensive by far than the convenience ones. Making whole wheat pasta with veggies and hamburger is WAY more expensive than hamburger helper.

And with gas prices the way they are, this will probably get worse. So it becomes a money dichotomy where the health of the poor gets worse and the health of those who can afford healthier food gets better. Which, of course, is a drain on the taxpayers. *sigh* As if everyone's grocery bills weren't expensive enough already.
