He said that this treatment would result in permanent hair removal after 6 treatments. Did anyone catch what that was?

You can try searching for treatment centers in your area that offer 'laser hair removal.' The treatments are pricey and although they do significantly reduce hair growth, most people still experience some hairiness even after the 6 treatments.

CAVEAT EMPTOR (buyer beware): If you do chose to go this route, please seek out a highly trained professional. A lot of new places out there buy the equipment but aren't experts. If possible have a dermatologist do it for you.
