Spiced Apple Cobbler

I made the cobbler last night, but used peaches and omitted the pumpkin ice cream and caramel sauce. I used vanilla ice cream instead, and this was the easiest and best cobbler I've ever had...and I don't even like peach cobbler! Yum-O!!!
