Just tried this last night. GOOD!!! It's from RR latest magazine in Meal Planner section. I did add more dried apricots (about 12-15 instead of just 7). I had more than 2 lbs. of ground beef, so I added the "heal" of the bread for soaking. Everything turned out great & my family loved it. I forgot the parsley, but that didn't seem to matter. They really liked the almonds, great change. Since I had plenty of dried apricots left over, I put them in a freezer bag & into the freezer. Have to see how that works out. Wonder if you could do this with other dried fruits??
