How do you make a turkey aday ahead and still be juicy???

You don't. It will dry out a little that way.

Don't do it! LOL My MIL does this every year and, we have to drown the turkey with gravy to eat it. It stinks because she takes the time and spend the money to buy a fresh from the farm turkey and then RUINS it by cooking it the day before and re-heating it.
