Electric Knife

Does anyone know the brand name of the electric knife that Rachael used on the episode that Rosie made the London Broil. I have tried to search for it and can not find one even remotely similar. Is it available in Canada?

After some investigation I belive it's a Cuisinart - available at William Sonoma online.

Sorry for the late reply - you are correct it is a Cuisinart (sp?) and it looks like I can get it in Canada!

Thanks for asking that question, as I too wanted to know. I posted somewhere to ask the show, but never got a response.

Anyhow, I bought it today at Bed Bath and Beyond after finding this question last week. Of course used a coupon.

I liked the look of the blade Rosie used, and thought it may work well.

Well that blade according to directions I had to download today, is the bread blade!

Haven't used it yet.

Does anyone have the knife, and if so how do you like it, and which blade is which?

I have 3 other electric knives that are okay, so I've been looking for yet another that will do a great job.

I had one & it really was great. It has been a number of years ago but i am almost possitive it was a GE.

I have that knife,works great but keep the box and paperwork as it has a 3 year warranty and well after 3 years it went back to bed bath and ... to get a replacement as the switch wore out(I use it cutting hard home maid bread all week)I told you I use it a lot for meat too.
It is a good knife at a fair price and thats coming from a son and PoPs that have had electric knifes replaced every year and this one is the Mac Daddy.
