I can't find anywhere around my area to get the permenant hair straightening i live in Pennsylvania in East Berlin i do not live in an area where new hair trends are popular or if they are it takes a long time before they offer the service

You mostly see relaxers, perms without the rods, and thermal straighteners (which are not done that often where I am at.) From what I have heard, you should do a thermal straightener if you had very much chemicals in your hair already like color and perms. See the link below for permanent straighteners.
