I remember seeing a segment on the show where they took a picture and then resized it to several 5x7 pieces. They had a website you could go to that would calculate the right size of each 5x7 to make the picture you wanted.

I thought that was a pretty cool idea too. It took a little bit of searching but I'm pretty sure it was from the 7/21/09 show where they did the room makeover for somebody's husband. Anyway, the link I found is http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/. Hope that helps.
