I just thought it was an interesting counterpoint to the "documentary" SuperSize Me. In that one, he went out of his way to make unhealthy choices from the menu (he had to eat everything on the menu at least once, for example, and if they asked if he wanted to Super Size he always had to say yes). The overall result was exaggerated but they made it seem like the 30+ pounds he gained, and the severe liver damage etc., were inevitable consequences.
While I agree that eating at McDonald's every day is probably not a healthy thing to do for either guy, still it IS possible to choose BETTER choices for the few times a month that most people go to Mickey-D's.
For that matter, I don't think it was healthy for the lady who was eating on $1 a day. She only ate two meals and small ones at that, and you can't tell me she was eating her six servings of whole grains and five fruits and veggies, not to mention lean proteins etc., in those two small meals.
