Fox is producing a new reality show called, “Someone’s Gotta Go,” featuring small businesses that need to fire employees to cut costs. Each episode involves opening up the personnel files to everyone (employment history, salary), and then letting them decide “Survivor-style” who gets fired. Is this going too far?

You know, in these tough times, I don't think it's something anyone wants to see! It would be today's equivilant to a reality radio program during the great depression where people compete in bread lines to get food for their families. Can you imagine that? This is along the same lines. There are people and families behind these sad stories of layoffs, unemployment and forclosures. This would make a mockery of it as well as people can watch pseudo-corporate firings on the needs-be-cancelled "The Apprentice"

For me, it's not really about that (family programs). If you want Family programs watch the Family channel or the Hallmark channel. It's really about how it exploits those families suffering from the economy and I think the audience would be very slim. As well in very bad taste.

That is a terrible idea and hope they never make it, typical of Fox It's bad enough that these terrible things are happening I don't think we need to see quite that much on TV.

Fox is bad for letting a great Comedy show go.
"Back to you" had great Actors and Comedy.So was "Till Death" No more Reality Shows, thats all the net works know how to do anymore. Bring back the half hour Comedys.

i think that this reality shows would do more worse then good cause like other shows everthing could back fire on u and u could end up getting fired and it would also make u loose your individuality cause you will feel like u have to go with every one else in how you act and protray yourself, cause you dont want to be the outsider, cause that would make you more noticable to be the next goner.
