Favorite Mac & Cheese Recipe?

mah976
I just made my 1st Rach Ray recipe last week (Buffalo Chicken Chili) and it was an absolute hit! Now I'm on to mac & cheese...which one is the best in your opinion? The Philly Cheesesteak one looks great....

Thanks!

There are so many great recipes from Rach it's hard to say which is best but can tell you that the buffalo chilli was the most downloaded recipe of all time, but in my opinion there is very little that isn't great of her recipes, I have tried all kinds of cookbooks and recipes from everyone and in my opinion Rachael has that something extra that no one else has more flavor than all the other recipes her mac and cheese (don't know which one you're using she has lots!) it's great too. She has tons more of course so in choosing go by your family and what they like she has something for everyone, happy cooking and let us know what recipes you've tried and which you like. You can't go wrong cooking with Rachael!!!

I agree! Rachel makes cooking easy and great! When I make mac&cheese(almost never the same way twice) I add honey to the cheese . Never more than a heeping table spoon, because, it can overwhelm.I always cook with honey.

I found the Mac N Cheese Lorraine quite enjoyable. It had sliced, caramelized onions through it and bacon crumbles and was really good. That Philly Cheesesteak Mac N Cheese sounds kinda good too though!

She recently made this one and it looks good to me. The steak one does not appeal to me though.

The one in her latest Everyday magazine issue, page 105... "Creamy BLT Mac & Cheese" is absolutely DIVINE. I normally hate mac n cheese but this one is GREAT.
