Foundation/Makeup rubbing off

Hi Gretta,
I was wondering if you could tell me what I could use for foundation. I get my makeup all over everyone's clothes when they hug me or I hug them and it's so embarassing!! I've tried those color stay makeups, but they didn't work either. I can't wear powder because it sinks in to my wrinkles and other facial cracks and makes them look worse or more prominent. Please tell me what foundation I can use to stop this embarassing problem!
