Gastric Bypass Surgery

I had gastric bypass surgery about 8 years ago. I have a very hard time finding cloths that cover my excess skin on my back. When I wear pants my skin hangs over the top of my pant. So what I have to do is buy bigger tops to try to hide this. Do you have any suggestions?
