Hi, Rachel actually i was raise in brooklyn, but i left to live in puerto rico, but i have get memories of thankgiving in New york it was great, but now i have my one family here in pr, and i watch your show everyday. So i realy would love to see you cook one of those pumpik pie!! Thanks

Often you run out of burners or you run out of mashed potatoes.
I have the solution..'Swan's frozen mashed potatoes are great. They are real potatoes in a bag in the shape of crispy crowns. You select the amount you need, micro wave mash and serve. You can dress up the potatoes like you would if you peeled and cooked the potatoes but you have more time and less mess. When you are short potatoes or have late arivals you can make more potatoes in minutes. Trust me they are not instant potatoes. Another added advantage you can order on line and have them delivered to you door the week before!
