CHIP BEEF GRAVY

Hi Rachael i'm from Davenport Iowa the Hawkeye State lets go Hawks. But anyway I would like to know how to make chip beef gravy home made. Can you tell me how to make it? I have seen my mom make it for my dad when I was a little girl. But I forgot how she did it.

I'm not Rachael, but I use butter and flour blended in a pan, then slowly add milk until I have a nice gravy. You don't need salt because the chipped beef is so salty, but you might want to add a healthy dose of pepper. Chopped up the beast, toss it in, simmer to let the flavors blend, then serve over toast. It really couldn't be easier.
