No. 3: Alicia Silverstone's Crispy Peanut Butter Treats with Chocolate Chips

She adds brown rice syrup and non-dairy grain-sweetened chocolate or carob chips for sweetness and flavor. (But we won’t tell if you use regular chocolate chips!)

No. 4: Chex Caramel Chocolate Drizzles

Love your Chex mix but want sweet rather than savory? Check out this rich, delicious caramel chocolate Chex dessert, which features Corn and Rice Chex with melted caramel and chocolate chips. And the best part? You can make this crave-worthy treat in a microwave.

No. 6: Hungry Girl's Cravin' Cap'n Crunch Shake

Thinking of a bowl of Cap’n Crunch cereal with milk brings us right back to our childhood! How can you improve on that salty, sweet, creamy deliciousness? Why not turn it into a milkshake? This recipe combines almond milk, fat-free ice cream, Cap’n Crunch cereal and a few more delicious ingredients to make a cool treat that is also not going to bust your diet at only 172 calories per serving.

No. 7: Rocco DiSpirito's "My Mama’s Meatballs"

We’ve got another savory cereal recipe for you. Rocco DiSpirito shared his mother’s meatball recipe, but updated with a lower-calorie twist since the original features a whopping 250 calories per meatball! Instead of breadcrumbs, it features nutritious puffed kamut cereal, and it even got Rocco’s mom’s stamp of approval – she says the updated version tastes better than her original recipe!
