Shopping for eggs can be pretty overwhelming. There are so many choices!

But when it comes to baking, is one type of egg superior to others?

Buddy Valastro from TLC’s “Cake Boss” had a very simple answer for one of our studio audience members named Rita.

Q: When baking with eggs, does it matter if they’re white or brown eggs? - Rita

A: For a baking purpose, I’ve used white, I’ve used brown. I don’t really find a difference in it. If you only have white eggs, [they’ll] work. - Buddy Valastro

So there you have it! When it comes to baking, all eggs are good eggs (as long as they’re not expired, of course!).

Now that that’s settled, bake away with these goodies!
