Keri Glassman's Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

serves 1

INGREDIENTS
    1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
    3/4 cup low-free milk or almond milk
    2 teaspoons smooth natural peanut butter
    2 teaspoons dark chocolate chips or pieces
PREPARATION

 

Combine oats and milk in a small bowl with a dash of salt. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through and again after the oats are cooked through.

 

Stir the peanut butter into the oats mixture until well combined. Top with dark chocolate chips.
