Ingredients

1 cup of hot malt vinegar
A few sprigs fresh tarragon
1 cinnamon stick
1 or 2 Thai chilis
1/2 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 garlic clove, smashed

Preparation

In a French press coffee maker, pour vinegar over remaining ingredients. Let sit until cool then press down and pour over salads or whatever else!
