Bill Bellamy's Ham and Pineapple English Muffin Pizza

Ingredients

2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 pineapple rings
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 pound ham, cut into cubes

Preparation

Preheat broiler to high.

Place English muffins on a sheet tray cut-side up. Top each muffin with a ring of pineapple, a slice of Swiss cheese and a sprinkling of ham.

Place under the broiler for just a minute or two until the top of the pizzas are bubbly and brown.
