Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces blanco tequila
  • ½ ounce fresh pressed carrot juice
  • ½ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce ginger-agave syrup (1 cup water and 1 cup light agave syrup heated and blended with about 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root)
  • Soda water

Preparation

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a carrot stick.
