Ingredients

  • 3 scallions, green and white parts finely sliced
  • 1/4 seedless cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 8 ounces low-fat or regular cream cheese, softened at room temperature

Yields: 4 servings

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
